RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to know that your satisfaction is what means most to us. If you order something and you don't absolutely love it, you can return most items to us within seven (7) calendar days after receipt for a refund less shipping fees.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Personalized and or Custom Made Orders

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. In order to return your item, go here:

STANDARD RETURNS
Our return policy covers returns of most products in new condition up to 7 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include custom personalized items or anything damaged through normal wear and tear. Unfortunately, Sale items (if applicable) cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In order to return your item, click here to open our returns portal. Simply follow the steps on screen complete the return process, print your return shipping label, and then place your package in the mail! Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, processing time depends on your financial institution.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at piccadillycottage@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of select t-shirts. In order to process an exchange, please go to: https://piccadillycottage.myreturnscenter.com/. Simply follow the instructions on screen to return your item and order a different size.

For all other exchanges, simply go to our return portal at: https://piccadillycottage.myreturnscenter.com and place an order for the item you'd like in exchange. Simply follow the steps on the screen and you'll have everything you need!
