HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

SHIPPING TIMES:
T-Shirts and Mugs: We use a Print on Demand company here in the USA to print our T-shirts and soon, our Mugs. Processing time once your order is received is 5-7 business days, most of our products are printed within 3-5 business days. Estimated DELIVERY time includes fulfillment + shipping time in the United States. Our times are an estimate but not a guarantee.  

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER - TRACKING SAYS IT'S DELIVERED?

We ship all orders with USPS and UPS. If you get an email that says "delivered" but it didn't show up, please wait an additional 3-5 days to see if it arrives. Check your mailbox, check with your neighbors, and around your property. If your order does not show up, file a missing package claim with the carrier on their websites and reference your tracking number. If you believe your package has been stolen, file a police report with your local police dept. Most packages do show up, so keep checking with neighbors and around the sides and back of your house to make sure it was delivered to the correct location.

WHICH SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

STANDARD SHIPPING USA:
All orders are shipped via USPS with Tracking or UPS dependent on size and weight of the order and which items were ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve on packing materials used. Each item is carefully boxed OR packaged using the utmost care so that your order arrives in perfect condition.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
PLEASE NOTE that we are currently NOT shipping Internationally, but plan on accepting orders Internationally very soon. Please check this page or our home page announcement bar soon!

International Orders can take up to 3 weeks to receive. We ship via USPS First Class International. Tracking is only available up to the US border. Customer is responsible for any Customs Fees.
