Return Policy

We gladly accept Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:
To request a Refund and/or Exchange, please contact us within: 7 days of delivery 

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The Following Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged: 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we will not accept returns or an Exchange request for the following:

Custom or Personalized orders.

Sale items (if applicable). 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Refunds (if applicable) 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a refund approval. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received  your refund and it has been past the normal processing time of 1-3 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company to inquire. If after you have contacted your bank or credit card company and you are not satisfied with the answer, please contact Piccadilly Cottage.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact Piccadilly Cottage for further instructions. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend insurance and a tracking number when shipping your item back to Piccadilly Cottage for a Return or an Exchange.
